Completely waterproof, the Highlander features ShireTex Advanced Fabric Technology which offers a ShireTex waterproof, breathable outer fabric which helps draw moisture away from your horse to the outer surface to keep your horse warm and dry on the inside. With tough and durable fabric with 600D ripstop outer with 300g of polyfill, the Highlander Original will keep your horse snug whilst offering taped seams to further ensure rugs are leak proof!
The Highlander Original features deep shoulder gussets, adjustable buckle chest straps, adjustable cross surcingles and fillet strap, integrated leg strap loops, a full inner lining, a large flap to keep out drafts and a combo neck to ensure your horses are fully wrapped up.
The Shires Highlander Original 300 Medium Weight Combo Neck Turnout Rug is WarmaRug Compatible, allowing you to upgrade the warmth rating by using separate rug liners in 100g or 200g.
