Customer Services Assistant

The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and will be comfortable using a range of computer software. The role will involve handling to successful completion customer enquiries by telephone and email, processing telephone orders, liaising with couriers and handling other inbound telephone calls.

Office Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our growing team for a highly motivated person who is looking to develop their office-based career. Day-to-day you will be supporting our enthusiastic buying and merchandising team handling general office duties, inputting new stock as it arrives and dealing with stock queries. You will be part of our motivated merchandising and buying team who are dedicated to ensuring the effective and efficient operation of our stock systems.

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our growing team for a highly motivated person who is looking to develop their retail career. Day-to-day you will be dealing with and advising our customers on our extensive range of equestrian, country and pet ranges. You will be working alongside our warehouse team dealing with both inbound and outbound stock and picking stock for web orders.
