Returning gifts
Buying gifts is easy with Naylors. If you need to, you can return items to us as long as they arrive with us no later than Wednesday 9th January 2019. This applies to orders placed between 1st October 2018 and 24th December 2018 inclusive. All other terms and conditions apply. See our returns page for further details.

International last order dates
IMPORTANT! The following last order dates are estimates, with delivery being made on 24th December 2018. We recommend ordering well in advance of these dates. Whilst we do not anticipate any problems, the following last order dates are based on estimated delivery times quoted by our courier and do not take into account seasonal volumes of parcels, customs delays or any unforeseen circumstances which may cause delays beyond our control. We will not guarantee international delivery before Christmas and will therefore be unable to refund delivery charges if delivery if not made in time for Christmas.
