The Shires Greenguard Grazing Muzzle offers the perfect solution to help decrease the amount of forage intake for horses and ponies that are on a restricted or controlled feeding regime or special diets.
Studies has shown the Grazing Muzzle can reduce intake of grass of up to 80% whilst encouraging natural grazing behaviours!
The Greenguard Grazing Muzzle allows for unrestricted breathing and drinking, and has been designed with vets to reduce grass intake without causing frustration with the use of plenty of holes. The muzzle offers a tough plastic base which is durable, UV resistant and can be easily attached to the Greenguard Head collar which is sold separately.
The muzzle is supplied with an adaptor clip to attach onto a normal field safe head collar or leather head collar.
