The boots looked like a returned item. Broken box and no protective wrapping. Unfortunately I didn’t take a photo. I felt very embarrassed giving them as a gift.

Boots fit great , my son says very comfortable , no negatives as yet on boot, just frustrations with manufacturers that because foot size is large, they think that calf width also needs to be wide.
