Chest - Measure around your shoulder blades, under your armpits and over the widest part of your chest.
Waist - Measure your natural waistline/narrowest part.
Low Hip - Measure the widest part of your hip, this is usually 7-9 inches below the waist.
Sleeve Length - Bend your arm 90 degrees and put your hand on your hip. Hold the tape measure at the center back of your neck and measure across your shoulder to your elbow, and then down to your wrist.

Really nice
Great service and products
Love these Ariat base layers! Super comfy and I love the thumb holes. They keep my hands a little warmer inside my gloves.
This is a nice base layer the quality is great and the fit is good. I am a size 14 and the size L did fit me. Although I do like a more baggy layer this was a bit tighter than other Ariat ones.
