General Terms & Conditions for Offers

These terms and conditions apply to all voucher codes except where any term is contradicted by terms and conditions for a specific voucher code in which case the term from the specific terms and conditions will apply.

1. The value of shipping charges and gift cards does not contribute to any minimum spend requirements.
2. The voucher code discount will only be applied against eligible items, and will not be redeemable against any shipping charges, Gift Cards, Sale items, feed, bedding, or any of the following brands:
   
   
   Ariat, Aztec Diamond, Charles Owen, Garmin, Holand Cooper, Karben, Le Chameau, Lemieux, Moretta, Thule, YETI
   
   
3. Each voucher code may be used only once per customer.
4. Only one code may be applied to an order.
5. The voucher code may only be used online at www.naylors.com and is not valid in store.
6. The voucher code may only be applied to a single order and can not be applied to any order which has already been placed.
7. The voucher code may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
8. The voucher code must be applied against the basket by the customer before proceeding to checkout.
9. No cash alternative shall form any part of the offer.
10. Naylors reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time.
11. The offer may be withdrawn without notice.

Multibuy offers

These are the general terms for multibuy promotions such as 3 for 2, buy one get one half price, and buy one get one free.

1. The offer will apply automatically only when the required amount of eligible items are added to the basket.
   
2. The offer may be applied multiple times, as long as the required amount of eligible items is added to the basket.
3. Discounts will be applied to the cheapest items in the basket first.
4. The offer may only be applied at the point of sale, and can not be applied retrospectively to an order which has already been placed.
   
5. The offer and discount is not exchangeable for cash or credit, and is non-transferable.
   
6. Naylors reserves the right to (i) cancel this offer at any time; (ii) cancel or refuse any individual's benefit from it; (iii) amend these terms and conditions, including the end date.

Sign-up offers

If you join our mailing list we will send you a unique code to use against your next order. Your code will be sent to the email address that you use to sign-up, and will include details of the saving amount.

Terms & Conditions for DofE Participants and Leaders Discount

This offer entitles DofE Participants and Leaders with a valid DofE Members Card to receive an extra discount on eligible products when they use their DofE code online, or show their members card in store. Limitations apply see below for full details.

1. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other multibuy offers, codes, promotions or a price match. Promotion not available in stores with clearance or closing down sales.
2. This offer excludes all brand partner direct fulfilled products.
3. This offer excludes purchases of Special Offer deals, Sale/Clearance items, multibuys, Weber, Stanley, Yeti, Thule, Ariat, Karben, Charles Owen, LeMieux, Holland Cooper, Aztec Diamond and Moretta branded products, Gift Cards or Discount Cards.
4. To redeem the offer online enter your DofE discount code at the checkout screen of the website.
5. To redeem the offer in store show a valid DofE Leaders or Participants Card at the till.
6. The offer must be applied at the point of sale, and cannot be applied retrospectively.
