The Champion Flexair Body Protector offers reliable protection along your body and to your core organs as you ride.

Breathable and lightweight, thanks to the nitrile foam creation, the FlexAir comes with EN 13158: 2009 Beta standard level 3, 2018 standards for complete peace of mind.

It's multi layered nitrile foam and the unique positioning of ventilation holes give a supremely supple yet secure feel, which actively moulds to the contours of the rider's body for a comfortable fit.

Champion Adults Flexair Body Protector Size Guide

The Karben Riding Hat has a micro adjustment dial system which offers a bespoke fit. We advise you select the size suitable for your head measurement, but, as with all riding hats, head shape can alter the fit so we always recommend visiting a store to have your riding hat fitted by a professional.

We recommend visiting one of our stores that offer the hat and body protector fitting service where our trained staff can ensure you leave with a well fitted riding hat. The correct fit is essential to ensure the safety wear can do its job when needed.
