The Westgate Labs Worm Count Kit contain everything you need to perform a worm count on your horse; simply take your sample and return it to Westgate Labs with the pre-paid returns envelope.
The Worm Kit contains an easy to read information pack, worming record card, pre-paid pre-addressed returns label for posting back your sample, a sample pot and label, 1 glove and a voucher for the laboratory processing of your sample.
What is a worm count? A worm count is really a worm egg count. A small sample of dung is examined under a microscope to find out how many worm eggs are present. The test allows you to monitor your horse's worm burden and you can use the results to help plan your worming strategy. Does not test for Tapeworm.
