Waist - High Rise - Measure around your natural waistline/narrowest part (with a loose tape).

Waist - Mid Rise - Measure below your high rise by 1.2".

Waist - Low Rise - Measure below you mid rise by 1.2", this should be the widest point of your natural hipline.

High Hip - Measure 3.9" below your natural waist line/widest point (with a loose tape).

Lower Hip - Measure around your widest part of your body, standing wth your feet slightly apart.

Thigh - Measure around from your under crotch leg circle, standing with your feet slighty apart.

Inleg - Measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg inseam.
