Offering a highly absorbent, multi layered dressing, the Naturalintx has been impregnated with a natural poulticing agent: Tragacanth and Boric Acid. These agents offer a mild yet natural antiseptic to help with the healing process.
When wet, Tragacanth becomes active which helps draw out any dirt or debris from the wound to create and maintain a moist, clean environment to help support the natural healing process of the tissues and skin. The Boric Acid contains a antiseptic quality which helps keeps the wound clean and free from germs.
