The Neue Schule Tranz Angled Lozenge Eggbutt features the Tranz Angled Lozenge which is set at a unique 20º angle that activates more feel over the tongue. The lozenge contours to the thicker, less sensitive part of the horse's tongue allowing clear and defined aids to be given through the reins without abusing the tongue or interfering with the palate. The bit is slightly curved and is 16mm in width so it takes up less room between the tongue and the upper palate; the oval profile subtly depresses the horse's tongue and allows for a larger upper airway which enhances the horse's ability to breathe and swallow more easily. The Neue Schule Tranz Angled Lozenge Eggbutt is ideal for horse's that need the stability offered by a fixed ring bit and the Tranz Lozenge mouthpiece means that communication, feel and response is not lost as with traditional eggbutt snaffles.
