When we despatch
We despatch many orders the same day if you place your order before 2pm on a weekday. Some orders may be despatched a little later, up to 5 days from placing the order as the stock may need to be recalled from our stores via our Find For You Service.
Collect From Store
You can place an order online for collection from one of our three stores. Collect from store orders take up to 7 working days to become available depending on when our van next visits the store. A member of staff from the store will contact you when your order is available to collect, so please ensure you provide a valid daytime contact number.
Everything in stock
Everything you find for sale on our site is in stock and ready to send so there is no waiting for us to get your items from a supplier.

This offer is available to most of the United Kingdom. If your order is being delivered to one of the Special UK Areas below then we'll deduct the offer value (£2.95) from the price of your standard delivery charge instead.

#Extended UK Areas are those where our couriers cannot offer enhanced services such as Express delivery. Available options will be shown during checkout. The delivery charges to these areas are the same as a standard GB area. Extended UK Areas are defined as the following postcode areas: AB31-35, AB41-54, G83, PA50-59, PH15-18, PH27-29, PH45-48, PH51-99
We use Royal Mail and DPD to ensure safe and efficient delivery of all our internet orders. The table above details the services that we offer.
The Find For You service
When we've sold out online, we will try to get your item from one of our shops instead. We call this our Find For You Service.
If you place an order containing an item that needs to be recalled from a shop, there will be a slight delay before we can send your order to you. We've made it very clear for you to see when this happens on the:

How does it work?
It's all automatic and there is nothing for you to do. Simply place your order online as normal and be aware of the notifications telling you that the item or quantity you are ordering will be fulfilled with our Find For You Service.
How long does it take?
It can take 1-4 days for us to get an item recalled back from a shop to our central processing location but it can also be much faster than this.
We will not despatch part of your order. We will wait until it is all together at our central order processing location. You may want to place separate orders for items on the Find For You Service if you require other items sooner. Our customer services team would be happy to help with this over the telephone if you prefer.
Choice of delivery service
Our faster delivery services are available for all orders but when selected on a Find For You order, the actual delivery timescale will be slightly longer.
For example, if you choose the Express service on a Find For You order, we will still send your order on the Express service but the actual date of despatch will be delayed until your order is fully consolidated in our central processing location. You will still receive your order faster than placing it with a slower service such as the Standard service but please bear in mind that it will not arrive within the usual delivery window.
Although Royal Mail and DPD are our preferred carriers, we may occasionally despatch your order using an alternative carrier with an estimated delivery time equivalent to or better than the service selected when the order is placed.
We may require a signature
To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, please make sure you give us a delivery address where someone will be available to accept it because many of our parcels require a signature upon delivery or simply will not fit through your letterbox. We will gladly deliver to a family member, neighbour or place of work if it is more convenient for you. In this case, please ensure you use the alternative address when placing your order.
If no-one is available to accept your order, a notice will be posted through your letterbox to explain how you can arrange redelivery or collection.
If we anticipate a delay
If for any reason there is an extended or unforeseen delay with your order, we will contact you to notify you of the delay and provide you with an alternative date for delivery. If you are not happy with the revised date, your order will be cancelled and we will refund your order in full. In no event shall we be liable for any damages or penalty for any delay in delivery.
Problem with the delivery
Please contact us immediately if any of the parcels are missing or damaged, making sure you keep your delivery note and all packaging.
When your item is despatched, you will receive an email notification. If the service on which we've sent your parcel is tracked then the email will contain a reference number which can be used on the courier's website:
Royal Mail: Enter your 13 character reference number, ending with "GB" on the Royal Mail tracking page. If the item was delivered, the time and the signatory will be given to aid you in finding your parcel. If the item was not successfully delivered, the time of the attempt will be given and the current status of the parcel. We recommend arranging a redelivery on the Royal Mail website.
DPD: Enter your 14 character reference number on the DPD tracking page.
Orders delivered to countries outside of the EU (including the Channel Islands) will have VAT deducted during checkout, after the delivery address has been entered. For Channel Islands, please ensure you choose Jersey or Guernsey and not United Kingdom in the country field.
Collect From Store
You can also choose to collect your order from one of our stores for free. Collect from store orders take up to 7 working days to become available depending on when our van next visits the store. A member of staff from the store will contact you when your order is available to collect, so please ensure you provide a valid daytime contact number. Your order will be held for seven calendar days, after which we will cancel your order and provide a refund via your original payment method. You will need to take with you a print-out of your order confirmation email as proof of purchase and also some proof of ID (driving license, passport, ID card, utility bill or payment card).
Please note that you must collect your order in person and you will not be able to take it away without both the confirmation email and proof of identification.
European, International, Ireland, Northern Ireland & Channel Islands Delivery - Currently Suspended
Due to carrier services being unavailable, we are currently unable to offer our European, International, Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland delivery services.
Please note that our returns policy is different for orders shipped internationally. Shipping charges will not be refunded for unwanted goods.
