When a horse sweats, they loose essential fluids as well as essential body salts such as sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium. By not replacing these nutrients, your horse may become fatigued or in extreme cases it may cause damage to the muscle, bone and cartilage tissue.
Electro Salts features a concentrated combination of essential plasma salts and dextrose to help with the absorbing of essential nutrients.
Electro Salts can be fed in the feed or dissolved in water and should be given after heavy sweating, periods of hot weather or exertion.
