Chest - Measure around chest, under armpits and over widest part of your chest keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
Centre Back Sleeve Length - Bend your arm 90 degrees, put your hand on your hip, hold a tape and measure from the centre of back of neck and measure across should to elbow, then down to wrist.
